The Denver Broncos activated starting left tackle Garett Bolles off the reserve/COVID-19 list Thursday and it's expected he'll be ready to play on Sunday.
Bolles, 29, has been on the COVID list since Nov. 22 and had missed time prior to that with an ankle injury. He hasn't played since Week 8 against Washington.
The Broncos (6-5) are also hopeful that right tackle Bobby Massie will be back for the game against the AFC West-leading Kansas City Chiefs (7-4) on Sunday night. Massie has been out since Week 9 with an ankle injury.
Bolles has been a stalwart on the offensive line for Denver, starting all 71 games he's played in since being taken No. 20 overall in the 2017 draft. He had missed just one game in four seasons before 2021.
The Broncos also put offensive tackle Calvin Anderson on injured reserve. Anderson, who appeared in all 11 games (three starts) this season, left Denver's Week 12 matchup in the first quarter after sustaining an ankle/knee injury.
