The immuno-tech company, which is focused on the research and development of immunological agents to treat multiple types of cancers and immune-deficiency diseases -such as myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) - had previously been Hemispherx Biopharma, Inc.
