NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ / ACCESSWIRE / August 13, 2019 / The top selling CBD brands for the first half of 2019 are brands that feature pure CBD either in capsule form or liquid oils form that have been independently lab tested for purity and authenticity, see here https://cbdrevu.com/cbdpure-hemp-oil-cbd/.
There are numerous new CBD products hitting the shelves in recent months, but the ones favored by consumers are the tried and true pure CBD oil products featuring minimal ingredients without unnecessary additives. Many of the newer entries into the CBD market are adulterated products with numerous added ingredients, flavorings and sometimes sweeteners. Some of these newer products use CBD from unknown sources. In the early days of CBD, just a few short years ago, the hemp from which the CBD was extracted was imported from mostly European and Canadian companies, but some was imported from countries that were not disclosed. This lead to quality control questions for many brands since there was minimal oversight into how the hemp was grown and produced and how the CBD was extracted from the hemp.
For discerning CBD buyers, many brands more fully disclose things like where the source hemp comes from, what method of extraction is used to produce the CBD, whether or not an independent lab tests the CBD for purity, authenticity and for any possible contaminants. But not all companies disclose these important factors.
The cannabinoid known as CBD can be extracted from either the hemp plant or the marijuana plant. Marijuana is, of course, the plant containing high levels of THC, the substance that produces a psychoactive effect. The THC in marijuana comes from the plants' flower. Hemp on the other had has a variety of uses. The part of the hemp plant that is used are the seeds or stalks of the plant. These plant parts produce many different products including paper products, textiles, rope, food products and more including both hemp seed oil and CBD oil. Hemp seed oil and CBD oil are entirely different although many consumers confuse the two. Hemp seed oil does not contain any CBD. However, many aggressive marketers seem to be marketing hemp seed oil at expensive price points while touting perceived potential benefits generally associated with CBD products. Consumers should take great care to read ingredients labels on all products, especially CBD oil products and hemp oil products. Consumers should be extra diligent when shopping for CBD on Amazon since Amazon does not presently allow the sale of CBD products. So, products that at a quick glance may look like CBD are often hemp seed oil products containing no CBD.
An excellent source for examining basic facts about most of the leading CBD companies is CBDReVu, which has become a leading information warehouse for consumers seeking to select high quality CBD products by doing product comparisons for a number of different brands in one place. There consumers can do quick brand comparisons at a glance for most of the top selling CBD products including well-known brands such as CBD Pure, NuLeaf Naturals, Garden of Life CBD, Kannaway Pure, Charlotte's Web CBD, Endoca, Irie CBD, Sensi Seeds, CBD Essence, Receptra Naturals, Bluebird Botanicals, CBD Pure Softgels, Hemp Meds RSHO Real Scientific Hemp Oil, Vitamin Shop CBD, Rick Simpson Oil, Elixinol, Pure Kana, Restorative Botanicals and more.
CBDReVu advises that consumers should be aware that hemp oils and hemp powders sold in supermarkets are made mostly from hemp seeds and should be expected to have little or no CBD oil contained in the product. So, products labeled as hemp oil or hemp seed oil should be assumed to contain no CBD whatsoever unless the label specifically states that it does.
CBDReVu is an A+ Rated Better Business Bureau Accredited informational website founded in 2017 featuring brand profiles of popular CBD products.
